Botanical garden is very close to hi-tech, it is near to office. That is the best part of this place. Second thing is its entry fee, it is extremely cheap. Timings of botanical garden is also fine, from morning 9 to 8 pm. We go sometimes after office, it is a good location to walk, there are some benches too, I usually sit here for some time before coming back, it is refreshing.

Botanical garden is not a bad location, but it is not very good too. Another place I saw of Hyderabad is the KBR Park, this place is nothing like that. Still it is okay to spend some time here. Greenery is good. And you can lots of birds. You can even take long walks. There is a nice stretch of walk also, many people come here for natural walk and birdwatching.

I found botanical garden beautiful. It is very calm here. I went alone recently, there is parking space too and the entry fee for botanical garden is also very cheap. The only bad thing about is - it is not maintained properly. Washrooms were pathetic, and even compound was not that clean. It can be the best park of Hyderabad if they maintain it nicely.

We went there last month. Botanical garden is nice place to just sit and relax. There is a eating facility, parking too. When you go inside botanical garden, just choose a bench, sit there and listen to birds. In evening, go for long walks and see lots of different trees and rock formations. Awesome place to go if you love nature. For us it was a pleasant evening.

Don’t expect much before going, it is full of nature so just go to enjoy the natural surroundings. There is a play area for children but nothing more than that. The cafeteria is not good, the washrooms are not good enough for using. If you really like natural setting then go there for nature walks. Management also conduct bird watching so you can for that if you want.

Botanical garden is located near Kothaguda junction. It is quite huge, apparently 120 acres! Reaching there is very easy, you can get autos, even buses to junction and from there it is just few minutes away. I took my kids there, we could learn a lot about many trees, each tree has its name and description on it. There is area for the kids to play as well, I personally liked the bamboo sector most.
